I was honoured to recently teach at the International Cake Show Australia, and was so thrilled to see the beautiful cookie platters all the students created. These are the instructions we used during the class should you wish to try it for yourself at home! You'll find the shopping list included, you can always substitute items if you wish to customise your perfect design.
